Event Description:
The Joe Barnhart Library and mental health advocate, Natalie Rivas have partnered together to host this educational event about Anxiety & PTSD followed by a mini-fair of nearby mental health resources. Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, Crystal Cox, from Serenity Counseling Services will address what these conditions are, their common misconceptions, and why they shouldn’t be ignored or stigmatized.
