Join PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Victoria for the 4th Annual Crossroads Heart & Stroke Walk!
This FREE event is a fun, family-friendly 5K with music, survivor celebrations, and more! Heart disease and stroke survivors get a survivor hat!
When: Saturday February 5th and Starts at 8 am.
