- The Great Gobbler Gallop: The annual running of the Great Gobbler Gallop turkey race between Paycheck of Worthington, Minnesota and Ruby Begonia of Cuero, Texas.
- Turkeyfest Parade: The best way to kick off your Saturday in Cuero is downtown! Come watch the turkey race, and stay to see who this year's Grand Marshal is!
- Cuero Wellness Center's Turkey Trot 5K
- IBCA BBQ Cookoff
