Medication Aide at Coastal Bend College
A medication aide is a certified nursing assistant permitted by Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) to administer medications to residents in nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions, correctional institutions, and assisted living (personal care) facilities. Duties may include administering routine medications to individuals.
Class will begin March 1.
