Spring Concert with Beeville Community Chorus
Spring concert in Goliad State Park
The Beeville Community Chorus under the direction of Dr. James Lee will present its annual spring concert at the Mission Espiritu Santo De Zuniga in Goliad State Park on Saturday, April 16th at 7:30pm.
The choir will present a program of sacred, patriotic, spirituals, broadway showtunes and folk songs. Some of the songs to be performed will be On My Own and I Dreamed a Dream from the broadway musical "Les Miserables". Mr. Jeff Brewer, assistant director of the choir will direct these numbers.
The choir will also perform a patriotic section on the concert including America the Beautiful, My Country, 'Tis of Thee and the beloved Battle Hymn of the Republic.
Violinist Linda Ray will be accompany the choir on the Southern Folk Song, Harper's Creek.
Nona Schorp will be accompanying the choir on the piano.

Goliad State Park is located 1/2 mile south of Goliad on Highway 183.
Fees/Admission
Entry fees are $3.00 per adult, with children 12 and under free.
