April 11th: 

• 7:00pm - Beeville Spring Fest Pageant

• Thursday night  Parade.  The theme is “Spring Forward”  followed by grito contest, jalapeno eating contest, hot dog eating contest, adult dance contest, and kids break dance contest. Music by BIG DAN

• 7:00am – IBCA Check-in starts
• 4:00pm –  6:00pm – IBCA Tray Pick Up
• 5:00pm – 12:00am – Fair Ground Open
• 6:25pm –  1:00am – Live Entertainment
• 6:30pm – Head Cooks Meeting
• 7:00pm – Kids Que Cook-off
• 5:00pm – 11:00pm – The Pride of Texas Carnival

• 12:00pm- 1:00am – Fairgrounds Open
• 5:00pm- 11:00pm – The Pride of Texas Carnival
• 6:00pm – 1:00am – Live Entertainment 

    Extreme Car Show

•   8:00am - 12:00 pm – Setup
• 12:00pm -  4:00 pm – Judging
•   4:00pm -  5:00 pm – Awards

• 12:00pm - 10:00pm - Fairgrounds Open
