Stars Over Bee County

Join us for Stars Over Bee County, a two-day community celebration honoring 250 years of American Independence, proudly hosted by the Bee County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Beeville Main Street, and Coastal Bend College. The festivities kick off on July 3rd with a free family-friendly event packed with patriotic fun, including kid activities, a watermelon eating contest, potato sack races, water gun wars, face painting, cornhole, and a dunking booth featuring local city and county officials. Enjoy live music, grab a cold drink from the beer garden (no outside alcohol or glass containers permitted), and lace up for the exciting Glow Run hosted by South Texas Striders. The night will conclude with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the Bee County sky. A full schedule of events will be released soon.
The celebration continues on July 4th at 10:00 am with the annual Independence Day Parade through historic downtown Beeville. Following the parade, head to the Bee County Courthouse grounds for Bee County Market Days, taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., featuring local vendors, shopping, food, and community fun. Bring your family, friends, lawn chairs, and patriotic spirit as we come together to celebrate America's birthday and the pride of Bee County!
