CWC offers classes that are less traditional viewed and offers alternative methods of creativity and expression.  Student art created in the classes will be featured in the August exhibit.

SUMMER ART CAMP  MURAL BAM contracts artists to teach week-long classes in painting, sculpture, drawing, photography and this year we are tackling a mural project.  The mural created will be displayed at the Museum!

 

AUGUST 6, NOON – 2 PM:  FAMILY ART DAY – TEXAS ARTISTS & CHILDREN’S EXHIBITION OPENING

Each summer the Museum hosts a Family Art Day which consists of two separate exhibitions, art activities for children and refreshments.  The Texas Artists Exhibition includes works from various artists from across the state; and the Children's Exhibition presents artwork completed during the months of June and July in the Museum-led classes.  This is a great opportunity to view the exhibits as well as a fun family event for all! Exhibition dates: August 6-27, 2011. Admission is free


 

ONGOING @ BAM - BAM KIDS ARTSPACE
The Beeville Art Museum invites parents/caregivers and their children to make use of our self-instructed activities in our Kids Artspace.  These activities are for parents and their children to create artwork together in the Museum's upstairs gallery.  All instructions and materials (which change monthly) are supplied free of charge.  Kids Artspace is available during normal Museum hours.
